We bought a plot of land some time ago through this agency to build a house. But as it turned out later, Broker Urmet Tihane forgot to tell us that the road from which we have access is privately owned.This became apparent when we had already paid for the electricity. The owner of the road began to demand a lot of money from us for using the road. He also refused to grant an easement ( servitut) so we could get a building permit. Broker expressed deep concern, it turned out that he was aware of this situation but "didn't think that the owner of the road would cause problems". I have confirmation in correspondence. It makes no sense to return the plot of land, because the prices have risen sharply and we will not be able to buy a similar one. So, now we are losing our time and money (on a lawyer) because one broker decided that he is not obliged to inform such "insignificant" information to foreigners. I also think that the seller of the plot was a close relative of the broker, they have the same last name and look alike. So it all look like a scam and will never use this agency again.
I purchased my new appartement in Tallinn with that agency. My case was complicated as i was still living abroad while looking for a place in Estonia. Because of the Coronavirus-Epidemie i couldn't travel to Estonia right away and what for other Agencies seamed to be impossible, for Domus was a "piece of cake". I viewed the appartement via Webcam, they communicated with me even in weekends. Notar they worked with was also understanding of the situation, we sealed the deal with a power of atturney and everyone was happy. I am now living here and thank Hiie and her team for making it happen!

We had quick responce to our enquiry, however it was most disappointing that the pictures advertised had no bearing on the actual property. This was most misleading.
