I ordered a pre-warranty inspection for my new house so that I could present an independent assessment of the required warranty work to the developer. Since I am not a builder myself and wanted to reduce the points of dispute with the developer, an independent report seemed the most reasonable option. In addition, I am not a construction specialist myself, and if I had common sense, I would have discovered only half of the defects myself by looking at the report. The inspector arrived on time and was very professional, thanks to which I received quite a lot of useful information about both the defects and the good aspects during the inspection. In summary, it can be said that the pre-warranty inspection is worth its price.
