The apartment itself is comfortable, sunny, and close to shops and bus and tram stops with connections to virtually every part of the city. I rented an apartment at Tallinn Kihnu 6, Apt. 23, from realtor Vsevolod Barinov. The landlord is Tatyana Pomaskina. I'm happy with the apartment. It's comfortable, bright, and warm, with a sunny location. It's close to shops, a bus stop, and all services. Realtor Vsevolod Barinov is a competent professional, polite, attentive, and punctual.
Selling investment objects too fast & too low without competitive buyer sourcing. Seriously undersold kadaka tee 169 for only 72k cancelled all bookings thereafter and did not allow overbids. And this was the first day of viewing!!!! I think anyone can know what is really going on here.... A little bit of unregulation, left in Estonia.
