My initial communication with the agency was positive. But after I sent detailed questions about cooperation terms and experience with international properties, I didn’t receive any reply for several weeks. For international property owners, timely communication is important. Even a short update or refusal would be more professional. Based on my experience, the communication level did not meet expectations for a luxury real estate brand.

Be careful, the sales ad does not correspond to reality, the sales ad is even deleted from Google immediately after the transaction, I recommend saving the sales ad beforehand. I found a lot of hidden errors, the broker or real estate agency will not contact me.
