Baltic Sotheby's International Realty
Tallinn luxury real estate agency with variable responsiveness and service consistency across agents.
What customers love
- Individual agents like Paulius highly praised
- Interesting property selection available
- Luxury brand positioning
Worth noting
- Weeks of non-response to detailed inquiry emails
- Property listings removed from Google immediately after sale, hidden defects not disclosed
Best for
Buyers seeking luxury properties with strong agent relationships, less suited for international enquiries.

My initial communication with the agency was positive. But after I sent detailed questions about cooperation terms and experience with international properties, I didn’t receive any reply for several weeks. For international property owners, timely communication is important. Even a short update or refusal would be more professional. Based on my experience, the communication level did not meet expectations for a luxury real estate brand.
Paulius is amazing ✅
Olge ettevaatlikud, müügikuulutus ei vasta tegelikusele, müügikuulutus kustutatakse isegi googlest koheselt peale tehingut, soovitan müügikuulutus ennem ära salvestada. Endal tuli hulganisti varjatud vigu välja, maakler ega kinnisvarabüroo ühendust ei võta.
ok
Cool places on sale there.
