Renting an apartment through Brokerly and working with their real estate agent, Owe-Martti Lemsalu, has truly been a pleasure. Owe-Martti has always provided excellent service fluently in English and has resolved any issues with the apartment quickly and efficiently. Communicating with him has been very straightforward and prompt. The apartment was exactly as promised, and there were no hidden fees included in the rent. I would highly recommend this company and Owe-Martti if you are looking for a well-maintained apartment in Tallinn.
Brokerly agency, especially Martin, who was responsible for renting out my property, found clients and signed a contract very quickly, professionally, and efficiently. The service was great.
I had an excellent experience working with him. He was professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer my questions. Throughout the entire process, he was supportive, honest, and attentive to every detail. His expertise and dedication made everything smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy real estate agent.
