I would like to express my thankfulness to Edit Nael for help with selling my house. The specialist was always on the phone when needed, efficiently organised demonstration on the property, helped quickly solve legal questions. I highly recommend this Real Estate broker!
I listed my apartment with your agency in Dec and was told it was a slow season. Ok, fair enough. After very few viewings, agent reviewed the market, showed me “competing” listings, and insisted properties in my area were taking a bit longer to sell. Based on this, I agreed to lower the price, no problem. More than 4,5 months later, almost all of those apartments have been sold, except mine and one other, also listed by your agency(coincidence?). Meanwhile, new nearly identical apartments in a neighboring buildings, with fewer advantages, were listed at a higher price and sold within weeks! What about “it will take more time to sell”?!? Also, I was promised marketing and promotion. In reality, the only effort was a basic Facebook post linking to kv.ee, this is something anyone can do in minutes. The photos were poor and did not represent the apartment properly, making it look far less appealing than it actually is. Despite getting clicks, there was no visible strategy or proactive work. The only repeated suggestion was to lower the price, despite the fact that we had already done so a few times, and after consulting an independent specialist I was informed that the apartment had in fact already been listed below market value. After seeing how other agents successfully market similar apartments in my area, it is obvious your agent did the absolute minimum. Very disappointing experience. I regret choosing your agency.
