Ma ei tea halvema klienditeenindusega kohta kui Karu Katus. Ei tehta välja tellimustele järgi tulnud klientidest, kes ootavad tunde, et keegi neid teenindaks! Uksel on neli kirjas, et on avatud kella 17ni. Selle all prinditud paberil, et hoopis kella 16.30ni. Reaalsus on see, et tuled on juba kustus ja loodrid läinud enne kella 16. Nii et tuled tühjade kätega ikka tagasi, kuigi oled kohal kui nad peaks avatud olema. Aa ja nad hoiustavad su kaupa max nädal ja siis hakkavad intressi küsima. Good and prompt customer service. The price is a bit more expensive than some smaller competitors, but I really like that they keep their promises and deadlines.

They couldn't complete a simple order in 4 days! (A tinsmith could have done it in 3 minutes, but they don't have the equipment.) The prices are reasonable, but not as attractive as before.
