Unprofessional crew who overturned and killed my plants and left spikes in my garden for my children to step on. One of the tundra crew drivers was playing music in his truck while he was working on a neighbor's house at 6:30 in the morning.
Ka minu maja sai 23. märtsil 2025 rahe tõttu tugevalt kannatada ja vajas seetõttu uut katust. Naaber soovitas mind selle katusefirma esindajale, kuna ta ise sai uut katust. Mul oli kindlustuspoliisil 2% omavastutus. Esindaja pakkus katuse väljavahetamist, kandes poole omavastutuslimiidist, kuid paar päeva hiljem ütles ta, et saab kindlustuselt lisaks 12 000 eurot muude remonditööde tõttu ja jätab omavastutuse maha. Kuid lõpuks maksin ma 3000 eurot rohkem pärast seda, kui olin lepingus oleva KEELATUD klausli tõttu kõik kindlustusmaksed maha arvanud. Seega maksis sama töö mulle lisaks 6000 eurot! ÕPPETUND: Lugege leping hoolikalt läbi, uurige ja küsige enne lepingu sõlmimist või ärge kunagi seda katusefirmat kasutage. Samuti ebaviisakas telefonitsi.
The quality of service was very good 6.2025. The inspector who booked the roof never heard from me again after I gave him the job. He never called to ask how things were going, nor did he call me after the job was finished to ask if I was satisfied. After the roof was finished, it took almost a month to install the gutters and that was when I called.
