Slow on site service, slow response to online query, on visit refused to order parts without advance payment, cheaper to buy on Amazon. At least they bothered to check if they have parts in stock.
Saying that repair will take 2 weeks, but 1,5 month later (during that time we were calling a lot also and answer was we don't know when it will be done... ) still no any call from them. Today when we called they said that it is repaired, but then immediately some minutes after we got recall that she made some mistake and don't know is it repaired or not. no profesionality from places that are official repair places of some well know brands. Do not reccomend.
Horrible service, total disrespect to clients! 1 month of waiting for dishwasher to be repaired and then almost a month of waiting for the feedback! The famous aforementioned crocodile skin lady is good example of typical soviet/90-s style service. If you want to ride on time machine to the past, grab this opportunity!

Basically, no service at all. I tryed to get to them to fix a just-over-warranty Bosch washing machine. When a f-off-attide lady finally took the phone (after days of trying), she reluctantly wrote down my contact and... Nothing for third week. Gonn to to another place.
