When it comes to washing machine repairs, the gentleman can be given a five, but when I bought a used washing machine from them, which turned out to be faulty, no one from the company came. They said bring it to us, we'll see. But what can I bring it with!? And so I had to take this, not very cheap, washing machine to the waste disposal station. Unfortunately, the Elmaka company did not reimburse me a cent. The lady and gentleman are very good and polite communicators in themselves, but when the machine is broken, it is of little use.
Something incredible! The serviceman came nearly on time to change the induction hub but refused to do it because he couldn’t find parking place in front of our house for his big car.
