Stove warranty repair, which had problems. We took the hob to the site on the morning of January 19 and by the end of the first week we found out that we had to order a spare part, or it wouldn't arrive this week. Since no one had said anything, we contacted them ourselves towards the end of the next week and were told that they were waiting for the ordered part and that the stove wouldn't arrive this week. The same thing happened on February 5, when they said that the spare part hadn't arrived yet, and it would probably be fixed next week. No one contacted us again, another week has passed since we called ourselves. Today is February 13, the stove has been under repair for 4 weeks. When we called, they said that you could come pick up the stove, the stove would be ready on February 6, or a week ago 😲 On the 5th they said that the spare part hadn't arrived yet and it would still take some time. During this entire time, they never contacted us. The service on site was below par, if the institution needs to invest somewhere, I wholeheartedly recommend customer service training! Based on this experience, I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

They didn't want to sell the spare part, in case it didn't fit and I had to exchange it for a more expensive spare part!?!?! Strange attitude

Very pleasant service! They really want to help the customer! Easy-to-understand instructions are given over the phone on how to first deal with the appliance on your own. They also explain their options if you still can't deal with the problem yourself.

As long as everything goes as it should, everything is fine. But it so happened that I bought a defective product and everything immediately became extremely unpleasant. In addition, this good technician immediately started inventing additional problems, that the fault was in my home appliance and that the switch still needs to be checked and the heating element tested, etc. They can't do it themselves. They can't do anything there at all when it comes to their money! At the end of each sentence, it was said that something will cost a lot and that even if the part is defective, I have to pay for testing and a home visit because the company is not able to check its defective product on site at its home appliance repair shop (that good technician, then!) The matter ended with me buying this heating element for the stove again for 4 times cheaper and the problem was solved. So I have to say that I only got an unpleasant experience and a bad and unprofessional attitude from Tavatronic OÜ for my money. The conversation with this "good technician" also ended with the sentence from him "I don't have time to talk right now!" although he was the caller himself this time. But when it became clear that I wasn't going to pay extra for his flea circus, he lost interest. So I don't recommend it to anyone! However, it could be better! 🙂
