It seems that the service person was interfering with their work, because their entire demeanor clearly conveyed that my trivial problem was not worth any special action, but for a lot of money they could still help. The service was still satisfactory, but finding a "representative" was a real challenge. Employees of other companies in the same building also showed no particular interest in guiding me to the right door.
The computer repair was quick (it just took a while for the spare part to arrive), decent and affordable. Friendly service too. I highly recommend!
