Great staff, found my items and received giid tips. They got some nice products and options.
Apart from large selection of construction tools, there is a good customer service and excellent consultants. I had a problem with suitcase lock and the consultants not only tried their best to find suitable instrument, but also were very nice. Especially Mr. Artur, I'm so greatful! He's truly a man of heart, I'm sure that repair of things is not the responsibility of this store. At that time I thought the only way was to tear the zip line or break it, and I was so upset. But Mr.Artur did everything possible to save the suitcase in this situation, he bent the clasp carefully, fixed the problem and then put back like nothing happened. That was my first hours in Tartu and I'm glad that I already met so many responsive people at your store! Thank you!

The shop is laid out very well, the staff are very polite and professional. My only criticism is there are no signs directing you to the back of the building to collect large items.
Very lazy personnel, unfriendly and not interested in their job. Except for one at paint department. Young guy very helpful.
