The work was fast and neat. Responsive and thorough. I can't fault anything.
I just remembered - I went to a job interview there a few years ago, first some HR lady who was in her late 40s told me during the interview that she didn't understand why I was there (I was 36 at the time?) that I was too old. We agreed that I would do some trial work, so that they could assess my welding skills. I went to the trial work, then the foreman said, okay, here's a bunch for you, give it a shot. I welded for a few hours, then it got boring, I went to the foreman and asked what was going on, all this trial work seems to be free work for you? The foreman said straight away that the position had been filled and he didn't understand at all why they sent me there. I politely thanked her and left the scene, also informed the HR lady that the trial work was over, the lady's comment was "oh, already?". 2 weeks later I received a bile-dripping email in which the lady graciously informed me that I had not been hired. I currently weld aluminum for Patria and Valmet, so there was no skill issue. There was exploitation. Not recommended.
