Grandber Interiors
A Tartu furniture installation firm with a recurring pattern of fulfilment and communication problems.
What customers love
- Wide product selection reportedly available
- Defects eventually resolved after escalation
- Compensation offered when errors acknowledged
Worth noting
- Repeated measurement errors and unauthorised drawing changes without customer consent
- Broken parts delivered and left unrepaired; delivery logistics poorly managed
Best for
Customers who can closely monitor every stage of their order themselves.

You were supposed to install the furniture in August, the work is still unfinished in October. Wrong measurements, which makes the furniture look very ugly and not at all like the picture. UPD: The defects were fixed and compensation was promised. The problem was solved within about a month.
The kitchen furniture is still missing a detail. I don't recommend this company. The planner changes the drawings a hundred times. Even though it was agreed that it would be done this way, they still change it. If you notice changes in the drawing and ask about it, they say, we can't do it like this anymore.
Tundub, et saab kõike, mida soovid!
Unfortunately, the experience was not good. There were several problems with the order that could have been avoided by the company. I had to follow the details of the offer myself, otherwise changes could have been made that were not discussed with the customer. The service left something to be desired, I would not recommend it to a friend.
Not recommended. They delivered a broken part that they are not willing to fix, they ask for 80 € for transportation but they send one person who is not capable of delivering the things alone. Typical attitude towards customers in Estonia - as soon as you have the money, you are no longer anyone
