Been there now a few times. The staff is very friendly and helpful. As I'm no where near a professional plumber and I'm renovating a small apartment for the first time I needed help a few times. I have described my problem to staff and they have helped me with the right bits for the new kitchen and bathroom. Top service and lots of stock which you can't get from usual DIY stores.
FEB is a bit expensive, from my point of view, but has all necessary parts for bathroom. Great choise of plumbing accessories.
