In 2018, the apartment purchase and sale agreement was approved without an easement. If you are going to conclude a transaction, you should really look at the documents yourself... in 2019, the easement agreement was approved for six of the eight apartments. I wrote the information to the email to find out how such a thing could have happened that some have an easement in the house and some do not... it was sent for a long time.
