Excellent, extremely professional, friendly and fast service. I am sincerely grateful to the office for their willingness to apostill the documents through an international courier service without having to physically deliver the papers myself.
I received very clear answers to my questions, the notary also spoke Estonian and Russian very well. I had a warm impression that the person really wanted to help me. The location is also a plus. I recommend it!
Very arrogant attitude, I felt like I was in a prison somewhere. Didn't read the Estonian part to me as a buyer and when I pointed out that I also wanted to know important information, I was ridiculed. Very pointless, confusing, humiliating experience.
