Very rude claims adjuster. They say if you have any questions, contact your claims adjuster and when you have a question, it was not answered or was answered in a very rude tone. I am extremely disappointed with this company.
The claims adjuster does not answer emails or phone calls. If I finally get through to him on the phone, he is completely unaware of the claim and has not read the emails sent to him. The correspondence between Ergo and the property damage assessor Suur Vanker OÜ has not been forwarded. The person is like a moving information pen and for some reason he is allowed to work in such a position! I would give 0 points if I could, there is not a single positive word to say. Extremely disappointed!
