They gave the wrong person an invoice and unprofessionally left it as my problem. When I bought an apartment building, I received an invoice from them for the previous month, when I did not own the apartment. I wrote to them "I assume that this invoice has also been sent to the people who owned the apartment in July and are expected to pay the July invoice?" and I received a response "There is no point in assuming, the invoice came only to you, if necessary, you can forward the invoice yourself. As far as I remember, I also interviewed you about who the July invoice will go to.". I would like to point out that no interviews/discussions have taken place. AVOID IF POSSIBLE.
