I have purchased an apartment in a new development built by them, but they are not fulfilling their warranty obligations. I have reported the problems several times, but apart from promises that everything will be fixed, I have not heard or seen anything. I do not recommend doing any cooperation with this developer.
My recent experience with purchasing an apartment through 1Partner Ehitus OÜ was disappointing and worrying. Below I would like to highlight some important points that negatively affected the apartment purchasing process for me and my family: 1. **Uncertainty on the website**: When choosing an apartment, I relied heavily on the information provided on the 1Partner Ehitus OÜ website. However, it later turned out that this information was misleading and did not correspond to reality. The website promised high-quality concrete surfaces, but in reality they turned out to be below expectations. 2. **Lack of communication**: From the first day I contacted the broker, I had technical questions and concerns that I expected to be resolved professionally. Unfortunately, I did not receive sufficient explanations or support from 1Partner Ehitus OÜ, especially regarding the finishing of the apartment. 3. **Quality difference**: During the inspection and beforehand, it was clear that the concrete surfaces of the apartment did not meet the "A" standard (BÜ4, 2010) - they had dirt, casting defects and wood residues from the plywood formwork. It was surprising that my comments and the consultant's comments on this were not recorded or taken into account. The builder refused to acknowledge the presence of these deficiencies. 4. **Incomplete inspection report**: Having participated in a repeated inspection, I did not have access to the official inspection report, which would have recorded the results of today's inspection. This deficiency prevented my ability to see how the noted deficiencies were being corrected and what the deadlines were. The report was later submitted, but without the buyer's comments. 5. **Refusal of improvements**: When I presented a solution to resolve the issue that the builder would paint the concrete surfaces white to meet the required quality class 2 according to the "Interior Works RYL 2013 and Painting Works RYL 2012", 1Partner Ehitus OÜ refused this solution and did not accept responsibility for correcting the deficiencies. This entire experience with 1Partner Ehitus OÜ was disappointing and showed their lack of customer service and willingness to resolve any issues that arose. I was hoping for better service and a better apartment, but I am disappointed with both the service and the quality of the apartment.
