Excellent location. Superior, comfortable, clean, very nicely decorated apartment. Good sleeping experience. It was super nice when the representative called to us after our stay and informed about the bag we had left to the apartment. Excellent service and customer experience.

Ideal location for a weekend trip with your child as a wide selection of museums and parks is just a short walk away, theatre is also close by. The bed high up on the second level provides an interesting experience for little thrillseekers as you can peer down between the railing and imagine what would happen if you fall. The mattress was too soft for my liking, but children love falling asleep in a cloud. The tea selection could benefit from something herbal and for breakfast would recommend Werner Cafe if you seek more options than bread, although coffee at the in-house cafe was excellent. An extra thank-you for a bag of chargers from moms who have to use every inch of their backpacks for necessary snack space.

One night for transit in december, with family. Very nice place, close to historical center of Tartu. Smart amenities for customers, battery recharge, camera for photo and more. I forget my battery recharge there :(, but my fault.

The apartments are roomy, cosy, and have everything I needed for a short stay, and maybe even more. The concept is well thought through. Customer service is also lovely!

Overall, we liked everything. Clean, stylish room. Convenient contactless access, good location. We chose a "loft" room for three travelers (two adults and one child - 14 years old. 182 cm tall). Other travelers should take note before booking (this is not a complaint, just a comment!!!) - the double bed on the second level is recommended for people no taller than 145 cm - the ceiling height does not allow taller people to stand up. I did not find information about the ceiling height, or I did not pay attention to it when I booked the room. Parking - the website contains information that parking spaces are available on the street for 3EUR per hour, as well as information where to find cheaper street parking spaces for 1.5 EUR per hour, but it would be good to also indicate that there is parking on the opposite side of the street, in the yard, available for 10EUR per day. For those who want something more than a bun for breakfast, I recommend not choosing to pay for breakfast when booking a room. The hotel's cafe does not offer anything else, while the Werner cafe, located 5 minutes away (which is also included in the 10 EUR breakfast package), offers something else only after 8:30 AM. The kitchen in the room allows you to cook everything you want for breakfast, having previously purchased it at a nearby grocery store. But otherwise - the hotel is good and appropriate for the price.
