They advertise free real estate sales appraisals, but in reality they are using them to fish for clients for their brokers, and the appraisals themselves are completely arbitrary: Pint's appraisal of €210,000 vs. the actual sales price of €250,000, Pint's appraisal of €75,000 vs. the actual sales price of €95,000.

Pindi offers very poor service. One example: our pathway to the house is constantly slippery as no one cleans the snow, and they say they will not do anything about it as they consider it ok because they have thrown several stones there. Our haldur is Pilvi Pajumäe, but I think the attitude runs within the company.
This is the company which is only able to send you the bills without providing any actual service.
