The quality of the service provided by this company is non-existent. The amount of the commission was agreed upon and the broker called me to the office early in the morning to sign the contract. He asked for all my personal details over the phone so that the contract could be prepared in advance. When I arrived at the office, it turned out that the contract was just being drawn up. The other party was not in the office. I had to find him in the city myself to get his signature. When I spoke to the owner, it turned out that the wrong apartment number was written in the contract. At least the address of the house was correct. I also received the amount of the commission agreed upon with the broker in advance by letter. The invoice was placed on the table in the office and it turned out that VAT would be added to the agreed amount. When I protested and asked why this was being done, the broker only made some circular excuses. Next, another broker commented from the next box that if I did not want to pay VAT, then the invoice would have to be paid in cash. Naturally, I went the cheaper route, but as a result of all this compote, the value of the company in my eyes dropped below zero. These brokers are openly deceiving both the state and the clients and have in no way deserved the commission they charge for the service they provide. If you want to sell your real estate honestly, sign a contract with a reliable company. Robinson Kinnisvara is definitely not the one to do business with. Although it is a very old company. According to the Commercial Register, it was registered almost 30 years ago, on March 19, 1997.

I rented an apartment from Robinson Kinnisvara. The pictures of the apartment were 4 years old, left on the broker's computer from the previous time when he inspected the apartment. At the same time as we moved into our apartment, the previous tenant moved out. The apartment was dirty and uncleaned. Be careful when using the services of this company. If you don't want to get scammed, use other companies offering professional real estate services. Don't forget to also research the company's background! Pictures of our dirty apartment.

Average brokerage fee, not maximum.
