The products were ready on time and were as ordered - except for the paint quality, which was scratched and peeling in places. Unfortunately, Fractory customer service does not respond to emails. EDIT: After the review, things started to move and were resolved.
Very satisfied! I didn't get an automatic price, because the platform didn't price 1mm stainless steel (2mm was the minimum for automatic pricing), but the sales engineer Silver got in touch quickly and was very helpful. A special request was that the bend marks on the left-hand part be invisible and that it be nicely protected with a protective film. The order arrived 2 days earlier than the promised delivery time.
