I received a quote for windows and I agreed to the quote. I paid the first part and everything was fine until I had to pay the second part, but then the bill was much higher than the quote. I then started asking and got the answer that the employee had arbitrarily replaced the glass with a more expensive one, but you have to pay it yourself, if you don't pay, a late payment fee will start to accrue for each day. It seems to me that this company is literally extortion. For God's sake, don't do business with this company.

The windows were late, on Monday I was told that if I paid immediately I would receive them on Wednesday. When calculating the compensation for the void, I paid until Monday, because the windows were ready at the factory - but I couldn't get them. The slats in the package had cracks and more were appearing. The factory representative who visited said that they had to be replaced. Later, a written response was sent that since I hadn't ordered the installation and the claim was submitted more than three months later, it wasn't covered by the warranty. There were over 15 slats with such cracks.

yes, I'm completely satisfied. :) the worker was clearly an expert, both in giving comments and advice during the preliminary measurements and later in carrying out the work. glad the window blinds were also done. now (two months later) I can say that the house is still much, much warmer. thank you!
