Customer service is really fast and helpful with replies. As for the product, I ordered somewhere else due the price.

Choose any other company. Emails are answered when they want to and work is apparently only done for the money. No effort is made to ensure customer satisfaction. Order arrives ridiculously late. A defective product is installed, you can also wait a long time for a replacement part. After non-existent service and expressing your anger, you get a response of "Well, bad luck".
