Super quick, helpful, and kind. The salt cap in our washing machine was completely stuck, and I tried every method that I could find in Google, but nothing worked. The master (Andres) came and fixed it within 5 minutes. One of the best quality services in the town.
It was a bit challenging to find a time slot, so it took a while to get the machine fixed. However, the repairman was helpful and polite. He did the work in about 30 mins
Unfortunately can't recommend. Initial sales meeting and first installation was ok, but everything after that has been a constant struggle. Reclamations, repairs. Promises are made that they will contact you, but they won't. Fixing one thing leaves you with another problem. So quality issues, very much depending on the worker assigned to you. You need to keep contacting them and reminding them to come back again. Looking forward to finally getting the small issues fixed so I can forget about this company.
