Absolutely outrageous hourly rate and all the other billing, it makes no sense.

The installer is happy and professional, but the billing method is questionable. They bill for the entire hour from the start, which is probably okay in the industry. But if the installer stays around chatting, you have to pay the full work charge for this too. When ordering the work, they told us about mileage compensation, but not that driving time would also be charged during working hours. So it's worth preparing for unexpected costs with this company. We have complained to the company about this, but they think everything is correct, even though it was only a 10-minute overtime, meaning we barely made it to the start of the hour.
