In the winter of 2021, our washing machine (LG) started to act up. It tripped the residual current device after a few minutes. I called this company and ordered a heating resistor inspection measurement. I asked to bring a spare part so that the resistor could be replaced during the same visit if necessary. After the inspection, the maintenance man called and said that the machine's control unit was broken and it was not worth repairing. The inspection cost 180 euros and I bought a new washing machine. I took the old machine to another home appliance repair shop, where an insulation resistance meter found that the heating resistor was broken. The resistor was replaced and the bill was 120 euros. The repaired machine went into use at the cottage and has worked flawlessly for over four years. At the time, I thought about asking for the invoice amount back, but I found it too laborious. Does anyone need further training?

Here I am in Houston Texas with a broken MANKELI from Finland! I needed a part. My machine was built in 1980, I doubted that I could locate a part anywhere. I sent an e-mail to the manufacturer in Finland and they responded by suggesting WG-Service; for they are factory authorized. So I took a chance and e-mailed WG-Service explaining my dilemma. To my great joy and relief Hannu Rautavuori responded immediately! YES, he has the part!! So arrangements were made for a friend in Finland to pick it up from WG-Service and mail it to me. I felt like I was chatting with an old friend when communicating with Hannu. To Finns asiakas palvelu (customer service) is of paramount importance and of honor. I am glad to have become WG-Service's first Texas customer and if I break anything else Made in Finland - I will contact Hannu first! I am smiling! I could never receive such fast and accommodating service in Houston....sad to say. 5 stars to WG-Service! KIITOS.
