The website advertises the installation of a dishwasher for 99 euros, but on site they try to charge 114 euros and the reason is stated as "transaction", which was not mentioned on the website at the time of ordering. A new dishwasher ordered from a store turns out to be defective (not the fault of the installation store) but the customer is not told about the defect and no certificate is left, the dishwasher makes a noise when it is started and after paying 79 euros the installation store comes to state that the machine is broken and leaves a certificate of it this time when one was required. Now, at 178 euros, a new, intact machine will no longer be installed without another payment of 99 euros or more, which I no longer agree to. I also had to ask for receipts on the last train because they did not provide them on their own. I would not do business with that store again.
Good and fast service. Got the dishwasher installed the next day. The job was done quickly. I recommend.
