The taste of a scam! Despar installed a mosaic floor for us in Punavuori in the spring of 2024. I already noticed some flaws during the installation, which the installer fixed. Now, after the first winter, the floor has come off in places. The installation work was promised a ten-year warranty, and I have filed a complaint with Despar about this. However, they are not responding to my contacts. Maybe this is how I can contact them?
