We asked BEOR to renovated our parquet floor. From start to finish the experience was pleasing. They visited our place and gave us a very competitive price. The job was finished on schedule and the results were amazing. The communication was clear and they also bought the additional materials needed for our renovation. We are very satisfied with the service provided and would also use them for future renovations as well.

The renovation of our luxury apartment in Helsinki was completed on schedule and the result of the work really stands up to scrutiny. If you are doing interior renovation, it is worth asking for a quote. Beor takes care of all the work and the price/quality ratio is definitely the best. When planning the next renovation, I no longer think about other factors, but focus the work on Beor!

BEOR palvelut Oy left the job without doing it despite the offer. I asked them for a quote for sanding and varnishing the wooden floor of an old detached house. I sent pictures and descriptions and asked them to come on site to assess the condition of the floor. They refused to come, citing a busy schedule. The communication progressed to accepting the quote with the words "if their machines can't sand the floor, then none of the others can either". I waited a week for the work to start, during which we communicated, among other things, by email, so that they would be sufficient for their machines in the old front-line soldier's house. On the day of the job, they arrived on site as agreed. After looking at the floor for a while, they refused to do anything, citing safety, which meant that their machines wouldn't break. I was moving in a couple of weeks and I was left with nothing in the middle of the summer trying to find a new contractor. I succeeded in the last few meters and the floor has now been sanded without any machines breaking down. If you order an old wooden floor sanding service from BEOR services, I recommend that you force them to come to the site first before you trust them to do the job. I was really stuck and didn't even get compensation for the two moving days that were postponed because of this. Unfortunately, I can't recommend the company because they didn't see any problem in not doing the job.

Their customer service was commendable and fast, they answered questions in real time and gave advice and instructions on their own initiative.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The parquet sanding and varnishing were incredibly well done and the result was absolutely fantastic. The work was done quickly and the employee had also cleaned up the marks and removed the old moldings when he left. He also suggested a stylish molding that fits the style of the apartment and house. The moldings have been installed perfectly. Really extra good service.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I give 5/5 stars overall and I have already recommended the company to my friends and posted pictures of my floor on Instagram.

BEOR Palvelut Oy successfully completed a floor renovation, which included the renovation of the old wooden floor (sanding, patching and varnishing the wooden floor). The floor renovation was carried out in a total of four rooms (approximately 50-60 m^2). We chose BEOR Palvelut Oy mainly because we received sample photos from them very early on of previous floor renovations. Based on the photos, we were convinced that the contractor had the best samples and therefore the prerequisites to successfully complete the floor renovation. This already reflects a very successful approach, in which the contractor's background team was able to convince us with previous samples, and therefore deserves special mention! The floor renovation very successfully renewed (restored) the old wooden floors in all rooms. Special mention for the successful work is especially the wooden floor in the hallway, where they managed to renovate the wooden planks that had reached a very poor condition. The wooden floor in the hallway was also repaired with great success in repairing the cracks in the old partition walls. The contractor's employees were very good at communicating, presenting various solutions, for example in problem situations. The contractor also kept us constantly in the loop by sending us pictures and videos of the progress of the work. Highly recommended!
