A 71.5m2 apartment in Etu-Töölö underwent a major renovation, where the apartment was renovated while respecting the old to meet modern needs. Taavi supported the planning of the renovation and was responsible for the implementation. Thanks to the renovation, the bright and spacious one-bedroom apartment is now a beautiful home for two, but can also be converted into a three-bedroom apartment for a larger family in the future if necessary.

I have already had Taavi do five renovations and can warmly recommend him to everyone. The quality has always been first-class: the work is done carefully from start to finish, and there are no adjustments. The lofts built by Taavi deserve special mention. He is in a class of their own. The end result is always beautiful and graceful, with built-in lighting. The lofts do not feel like elements added afterwards, but rather blend into the apartment as if they had always belonged there. Taavi also stands out in that he not only implements wishes, but also knows how to suggest sensible and functional solutions as the renovation progresses. Many times his ideas have proven to be better than my original plan and the end result is in line with it. He keeps to schedules, which is rarely valuable in the construction industry. You can trust the work, and the project does not get stuck. Long-term cooperation says it all: when you find a good renovation worker, it is not worth changing. Taavi is like that.
