Koko-Rakennus offered an attractive "turnkey" comprehensive solution for "False plinth and subfloor repair". The solution covered planning, supervision, implementation, subcontractors' involvement and the interface with authority supervision. The offer also proved to be competitive in terms of cost-effectiveness compared to the jumble of reference offers assembled from many sub-assemblies. The offer negotiations went quickly and flexibly. All the customer's questions were answered without delay and the expertise inspired trust. The fixed-price project was divided into clear, easy-to-understand installments, which also formed a clear basis for invoicing and there were no surprises. The project proceeded on schedule as promised and was completed, including the final inspections by the authority, even slightly ahead of schedule. The comprehensiveness guaranteed the customer a comfortable and stress-free solution. All they had to do was follow the progress of the project and pay the invoices according to the installments. The cooperation with Koko-rekenku and Marko Aarnio in the renovation of an old detached house went well and as agreed upon and the schedule was kept. The renovation included dismantling the old part and repairing the newer part and in addition the water supply had to be redone, the yard leveled, electrical work, plumbing, painting, building a new wall, etc., i.e. many different phases. The end result is as desired and the work was done in a perfect and professional manner and I was kept informed the whole time. I can warmly recommend this company for similar repairs and constructions, a professional and honest company that gets things done.
