Renovation of an almost 100-year-old log lakeside sauna in a challenging location, where the roof, the floor of the sauna room were replaced, and a large terrace standing on screw piles was built. Modern customer-oriented service and smooth and professional communication. The project grew as more things were invented on the fly (benches for the changing room, leveling the pipe, etc.) and everything was taken care of even though new projects were pressing 😅 Easy to recommend this team for even the most demanding projects!
A beautifully executed renovation of a rather poor-quality two-room apartment in Kallio. The owner was very good at communicating the different options and costs at different stages of the renovation, from the initial survey to the handover of the apartment. During the renovation, the brothers came up with many good solutions for a demanding project.
