Scammers. Me and my 2 friends signed up for a month, paid in advance. 6 months later they start sending us emails and asking for 600+ € using a debt collection firm. I was able to talk my way out of it as they didn’t have an contract to prove this. Very scummy practices - don’t go there.
It's unbelievable! I went to fix the issue with the card two days ago, and now I'm here, and I can't go in!! I called, and no one picked up the phone. It was the best gym ever and the worst customer service ever!
The equipment is good. Much appreciated that it is not crowded. There are, however, some things that are not so great: visitors seldom clean the equipment after the use & there could be more points with the cleaning liquid. Some of the showers are broken.
Nice gym with high ceiling and possibilities for diverse workouts. Annoying music echoes in vast open space though. The gym would be amazing without music.
I've been living in Finland for about 5 years and have since been to a handful of different gyms here but was never able to call and of them "home." Loft has not only top tier equipment but a sense of community that has oddly been hard to find here. Massive and well equipped, great customer service, best value out there! Nothing can top it
