Easily the best gym I've ever worked out in. Equipment 5/5: Very diverse and high-quality selection of equipment, where there is probably a machine for every muscle in the body. There is equipment from all the best brands (Nautilus, Prime, Atlantis, Gymleco), which is not found in many gyms. All the equipment is in good condition, and new ones are constantly being brought to the gym. Atmosphere 5/5: The clientele is very nice, the indoor air is good and the gym has freely adjustable music, so it doesn't matter if you forget to bring your headphones (although during peak hours you have to take others into account in this regard). Layout 5/5: The gym is well divided into different parts based on muscle groups, so you don't have to move from side to side a lot on certain training days. Even though there is a lot of equipment, the layout is not cramped. Price 5/5: The price is appropriate, if not even cheap, in relation to the excellent quality of the gym. Also lots of different contract options (normally 24/7, but there is also a cheaper evening/morning card if you have a rigid and unchanging routine). Extras 4/5: This doesn't bother me in any way, but a large part of the additional services that you see at larger gym chains are missing from the gym. There is also not much cardio equipment, and the shower facilities are not fancy. If you are only at the gym to maintain basic muscle condition, or to increase strength, this is easily the best gym option. Optishake is available at the gym, which is really practical if you want an easy pre-workout or extra protein after training. I highly recommend it.
