The project involved renewing the floor structures and surfaces of a wing of a house built in 1928, and dividing the bedroom into two with a partition wall and door. Everything went really well and on schedule. Ekastra's work is professional, skilled and reliable. We were especially pleased with the builders' friendliness, cleanliness and thoughtfulness, as we lived in another part of the house during the renovation. The part to be renovated was carefully compartmentalized and delimited, and the areas were always cleaned and tidied up by the end of the day. The end result was exactly what was agreed upon.
Ekastra has carried out two major renovations for us (a detached house and an apartment building) and we are very satisfied with the results of each one. Professionalism and professional pride are visible in the results and the communication with the customer both in planning and during the renovation is excellent.
Ekastra renovated a bathroom-sauna-bathroom and separate toilet for us in Espoo in the fall of 2025. The implementation went on budget and on schedule, and the result of the work was excellent. Communication with the construction site was smooth, and there was a good understanding of the costs throughout the project. I recommend them.
Very good experience. We had a major apartment renovation before moving in: wet room, wall demolition, many surfaces, etc. The renovation, which was agreed as an hourly job, stayed well within the planned budget and schedule. Even the things that were unclear at the beginning and that came up along the way were easy to agree on and worked out well. Communication was good and we adapted to our wishes. The result was very good.
Ekastra hoiti yritykseni omistaman yksiön remontin Lauttasaaressa. Alusta asti asiat etenivät suunnitellusti ja sain apua myös sellaisissa asioissa, jotka eivät nyt suoraan itse työhön kuuluneet. Hyvä yhteistyö ja yhteyshenkilöt sai kiinni nopeastikin tarpeen vaatiessa puhelimitse vaikka yleensä sähköpostitse keskusteltiin. Ei ole kuin positiivista kerrottavaa.
