We have used the cleaning services a couple of times now and have always been satisfied. Cleaners and the team are friendly, punctual and provide high quality services. Today Chenara and Abi did a great job, thanks again!

Booked them originally for moving out cleaning, the cleaners did such a good job we ended up making a cleaning contract. I worked as a cleaner myself long time ago and yet they do a better job than I ever did. Very flexible and accommodating.

We’ve been using cleaning service from here biweekly for over a year, and they have consistently exceeded our expectations. Miriam is an absolute gem! She’s been coming for the past few months and she’s become a true friend over the period she’s been here. She always goes above and beyond, and communicates very well about any cleaning needs. She’s thorough, efficient, and takes real pride in her work. Beyond her incredible cleaning skills, Miriam is such a warm, joyful and kind person. I genuinely look forward to her visits, not just because of the flawless job she does, but because her cheerful presence brightens my day. She remembers the little things we mention and always checks to make sure everything meets our standards. I ordered a move out cleaning service. My apartment was perfectly cleaned, it was crystal clear. I am super happy with the result. The communication with the team was also very smooth and easy. Highly recommend!

I used the service for my sofa. The cleaner did not come on time. She called me at 10.05, and she found my house after 10 minutes, later she tried to find a parking place, came to my house, put machines, and went to the park place. All of them took 20 min. more. She started to clean at 10.25, but her machine did not work, she tried to clean with steam machine, almost 15 min. spent with this. In the end, she went to her car again and took another equipment, she started to clean on 10.40 and she finished 11.40. It took a hour, later she left my house at 11.45. However, in my bill, she showed like that she worked 1 hour and 50 min. Moreover, after her cleaning, the water spots appeared on my sofa. I paid for her all mistakes and unprofessional attitudes 60 €. The company tried to cover all expensies about her mistake from me. I do never recommend this company. Don't waste your time and money. I recommend to buy a vacuum with washing, it will be better for you. Edit:Firstly, the company also is a liar, they did not tell me on the phone "minumun 2 hours", they just asked me that "do you need to clean carpet or bed?" I told "no, just a sofa". If they told me min. 2 hours, I would give up on booking them, because I could buy an original vacuum machine with washing costs 90€, instead of paying 80€ for their water spots with a broken machine. Secondly, if the company would be a professional, they should have been an unbroken machine, and also they could clean my sofa without spots. My sofa is a perfect proof about their unprofessional working system. Moreover, my experience is an evidence that the company could not clean just a sofa within 2 hours very well. If you want to clean sofa, carpet, bed; it means that they will spend 10 hours or more to complete the cleaning.
