Five stars isn’t enough for this incredible cleaning team! I’m so grateful to them for saving my sanity yesterday after coming home to a rental gone wrong. They managed to squeeze in a last-minute deep clean (an 11 hour job!) and were professional, kind, and genuinely lovely to have around. The apartment was in a very rough state, but they didn’t flinch. The results were amazing. Every surface, corner, and crevice is now spotless. The place is starting to feel like home again. It honestly felt like an impossible task when we started, but somehow they pulled it off with smiles and fun conversation along the way. A special thanks to Richard, who stayed from 9am to 8pm and went above and beyond to finish everything in one day. His attention to detail and work ethic were seriously impressive. TL.DR.: 100% recommend for anyone looking for cleaning services! Long version: I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Hype. I hired them for moving-out cleaning of my apartment and also for the moving-in of the apartment I was moving into. In both cases, the results were amazing. The place I moved out from looked even better than what I remembered when moving in after Hype went through it. They remove burned-in grease in the oven and left it looking as new. Shower tiles and glass that had heavy calc accumulation was left as new. I honestly didn’t think it was possible to get the shower looking so good. You can clearly tell Hype know what they are doing. I genuinely could not find a spot they had missed. The place I moved in hadn’t been properly cleaned by the previous tenant, but Hype left it looking great as well. The results were so astounding that I’m now getting them to do regular cleaning of my apartment. I wholeheartedly recommend Hype for anyone looking for move-out services or cleaning services in general. You won’t regret it.
