Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it. The company's response implies that the visits were only to investigate the smell and that there was nothing to actually fix. I would like to clarify that there was something to fix. The first time the seal was out of place and the third time the exhaust air heat pump leaked water onto the utility room floor. This clarification merely clarifies the course of events, because I do not think the company's response portrays the whole situation in the right light.
Quick response to my request for a contractor, followed by a check to see if the heat exchanger was available and when the installation was possible. The schedule was very quick. Thanks to Niko for this. The installers arrived at the agreed time and the replacement was very quick and professional. It was clear from the work that the guys know their job. Thanks to Joonas and Viljam for this. Friendly service, I can really recommend it!
Exceptionally friendly, prompt and professional service. Less than half of the working time was spent searching for basic spare parts, which could have been avoided with a better initial assessment, but overall more than satisfied. Special thanks for the quick training provided by the installer on how to use the Gebwell district heating plant. The machine no longer seems so exciting once you understand the basic ideas of the equipment. If there are any challenges or upgrade needs with the machine in the future, we know who to turn to.

Lämpöhuolto has installed district heating equipment and an air source heat pump with two indoor units for me.
