On New Year's Eve, the ground source heat pump in a detached house completely stopped working and no one could be found to repair it. The heating in the large house stopped working, as did the hot water supply. The earliest time for repairs from another company would have been a week later. On Saturday morning, I sent a WhatsApp message to RH Kylmätekniikka and in the afternoon, a person from the company (Anssi) called and complained that he couldn't come to the site that day due to an obstacle. We spent the weekend with removable radiators, but on Monday the same expert was able to arrive and the pump started up again. The fault points were also identified. At this point, it was already 20 degrees below zero and the heating of the washing water in the boiler stopped. On Tuesday, another man (Tony) came to the site and the pump was serviced and, among other things, the system circuit was filled. So in summary, a full 5/5 service, very friendly and professional. A warm recommendation for RH Kylmätekniikka!
Compared to other companies, the service is on a completely different level. Our old air heat pump lost power, and I first asked another company to investigate. A friend looked at it and said that maybe the indoor unit should be replaced. I asked for a second opinion here, and after careful measurements, the fault was located. The leak was indeed found in the indoor unit, which had to be replaced. When the new one was installed, a couple of faults were found in the original installation done by another company, which were fixed at the same time. Thanks to Alex, who kept telling us what was being done and why. From now on, I will only handle heat pump matters here.
