Niko dropped by our house which is in a smaller town. He explained everything clearly in English and showed us the state of our pipes with his special camera. Teemu and Joonas came to do the renovation and worked hard to do the work in the agreed time. They were all very friendly, professional and did a good job. I can definitely recommend Aito based on my experience with them!
Cannot comment on quality of service, but their salesmen leave a really bad impression. Call themselves technical professionals, but don't know basic electricity concepts. Go around inciting fear that the house might burn and insurance will not pay because the "electricity is old" or you use extension cords. Then you give them cost as a reason, and they suggest taking a loan for the renovation. Feels quite aggressive and predatory, I worry for the less informed and more vulnerable people.
They came to do a check up of the old electric installation in our house in Kangasala. It was very thorough and they had great customer service. They made quickly an estimation of what would cost to make the fixes and upgrades we wanted. With the experience I have had so far I would gladly contact them again as needed.
Excellent quality work and cleanup, friendly and sufficient communication, and I am overall satisfied with the work order. Highly recommended.
