Very rudely behaved. We regret offering him the task. Does not want to make a proper communication. If you are able to find someone else then please get the work done by them.
Added an edit at end of review and change note from 1 star to 3. --- Called for a simple fix. I'm told "ok, I come". The guy comes, takes pictures, goes away, he will send someone else tomorrow. Second guy comes tomorrow. Invoice: 150 euros + 150 euros for both visits plus kilometers. Then comes other things, 458 euros for a simple small leak outside of wall, not emergency, not outside hours.. One gasket? 16 euros!!!! Dishonnest. --- Edit: Contacted them following the issue and exposed my points above. They edited the invoice, removed everything about the first guy.
Absolutely non-professional from commercial perspective. We clearly agreed to make an installment contract and then they invoiced full amount at once and kept doing so, even after each call and email where they accepted to do installments. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Fast late night service with English speaking plumber!!
Friendly & timely service. Lari really went the extra mile and drove to the hardware store to pick up a missing part, and he kept me up to date on what was going on with the project. Thank-you! Highly recommended! 😍
