I would give zero or minus stars if it were possible. This one star should be for the friendly man at the switchboard. The property manager cannot be reached. Everything takes time. One day they say one thing and the next they say another. They do not take responsibility for their own mistakes. It does not matter to the shareholder. The billing is messed up.

The property manager's actions are substandard. He does not answer my questions, even though I am a member of the board of our housing company. When he was asked about this at the general meeting, the answer was that he had not taken the question into account. I also asked the president and CEO of Prima about the matter, but neither of them reacted in any way. I cannot recommend it to anyone.

Possibly the worst customer service experience I have ever had, from the property manager to the financial administration. The billing basis seems to be arbitrary. I do not recommend it to anyone. Strong negative reference. Edit 25.9.2018: Regarding the comment from the property manager below, which represents the level of customer service, it should be noted that my then-partner owned two apartments from the company in question, which unfortunately is managed by this company. Of course, I was registered in the house and dealt with these self-absorbed people. You can get more detailed information by asking, but I recommend anyone looking for a property management company to look elsewhere.
