The worst company ever. Both emergent and company phone number cant be reached.
All roads around this place are under construction and car navigator kept putting me on the wrong place and ended up driving a big detour 3 times unsuccessfully so had to ask directions, when I eventually arrived and took a que number I had 6 in front of me and a long wait and only one chair to sit on in the very small customer service area which was permanently occupied so the overall experience was disgusting.
Fine but iso omena itself is a nightmare and we're only allowed parking 2hrs🤔. It takes 15 mins obky to park the car. A bit silly really
WORST. No matter how many times we report issues, they never showed up and keep sending us just notification that the issues are solved which haven't been sorted out yet. No light in the kitchen for over a month and our room is still very cold. Sato can't do anything either.
