Waiting for weeks for a reply to my emails or notifications…I just called them this morning and they told me to wait on the call. They hung up the phone. When I try to call them back no one replies anymore. This is the worst service I have ever seen in my life - and I am not kidding.

I wish there is no star, Disrespectful customer service no services at all, they changed the filter and broke something inside, I called 4 times as always no one comes, We had to fix it ourselves and pay, Sad to see owners going for this company for saving money and dirt all around here. Don't recommend this disgusting company.

Stupid service I ever have. I booked sauna for 3 month but can’t go there? Because about door problems, the list problem, cold sauna problem what ever. I’m so angry 😡 I called to the place so many times and still haven’t got my steam place
