Our experience with Habita did not meet our expectations. Communication was challenging throughout the process. We had to constantly ask questions ourselves, and the quality and comprehensiveness of the answers we received varied. Many questions were not answered at all, and when we wanted to understand things better, it seemed to cause irritation and frustration on the part of Habita. Compared to our previous housing transaction experiences, we felt that we were left alone in many situations and Habita withdrew from responsibility. Expertise was not actively brought to the fore, but feedback came afterwards instead of us receiving clear advice and insights in a timely manner when we asked for them. We also felt that our target was not trusted. The communication focused more on shortcomings than strengths. When we gave feedback and asked for a more detailed plan and ideas for the future, the communication became aggressive and reactive. This showed as an unwillingness to improve the quality of cooperation and confirmed our experience that our property was not taken 100% seriously. The photos of the property were of high quality and viewings were arranged, but overall we did not feel that we received the kind of support, expertise or partnership that one would expect from a good real estate agency. We hope that Habita will develop its operations to be more customer-friendly, responsive and that they will take a clearly guiding expert role that customers can genuinely benefit from.
