Nothing but positive feedback - Ilkka was top professional from start to finish. Strong recommendation. The plot and property were sold through PH, and there is nothing to complain about. The expert, constantly up-to-date broker informed us about every turn. The promises were kept and expectations were exceeded.
As someone said, very reluctant to serve foreign customers. I said even that I speak Finnish, the broker was really not willing to provide a proper service.
Very unpleasant experience. The agents were very reluctant to provide additional information on request. There was no english service. They evaded the responsibility to assist me on necessary procedures, as well as failed to deliver the promised compensation. When i requested "updates", they ghosted on emails. I thought Finland was a honest country and business people should be trustworthy. This agency was really disappointing.
